Cancellation, Refunds, Exchanges & Returns Policy

At The Swimwear Branding Agency, each piece is crafted exclusively for you, reflecting your personal selections, measurements, and customizations. To preserve the integrity and bespoke nature of our customizable swimwear, all commissions are considered final sale - no cancellations, modifications, exchanges, or refunds are permitted - outside the 48-Hour Grace Period.

  • We understand that decisions may change. For this reason, we offer a 48-hour grace period following order placement. During this window, you may request a full cancellation for a complete refund. After this period, cancellations are no longer available.

  • Add-ons or modifications to your commission (such as adjustments to size, color, or style selections) may be requested up until your selections have been fully confirmed with the House. Once your selections are confirmed, your customizable swimwear enters production and no changes can be made.

  • All swimwear commissions are made-to-order and require timely confirmation of selections, including (but not limited to) sizing, colorways, materials, trims, and design details.

    Each swimwear commission includes:

    A curated swatch book (assigned value: $150), prepared specifically for the client

    Confirmation of Selections Expectation

    Clients are asked to review their swatch book and confirm all selections within ten (10) days of receipt. This ensures production timelines remain accurate and allows the House to proceed efficiently with the commission.

    Confirmation Window

    Clients are granted up to three (3) months from the delivery date of the swatch book to confirm all required selections. During this period, the House reserves time, materials, and a production slot for the commission.

    Non-Confirmation

    If selections are not confirmed within three (3) months from the delivery date of the swatch book:

    The commission will be automatically canceled

    A non-refundable swatch book fee ($150) per swimwear and a commission initiation fee ($400) per canceled swimwear commission will be assessed.

    Clients may choose one of the following:

    Partial Refund: Any remaining balance after retaining the non-refundable swatch book fee ($150) and commission initiation fee ($400) will be refunded to the original payment method.

    House Credit: The full amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future swimwear commission. House Credit must be used within 12 months, is non-transferable, valid for a single commission only, and cannot be redeemed for cash. All future commissions are subject to current pricing, policies, and availability.

    The production slot will be released, and no further work will be performed.

    Extensions

    The House understands that circumstances may arise and may grant extensions on a case-by-case basis, at its sole discretion. Extensions are not guaranteed and do not alter the non-refundable nature of fees already earned.

    Important Notes

    • Fees are assessed per swatch book dispatched, per each swimwear commissioned.

    • The swatch book is a bespoke design tool and cannot be returned

    • Bespoke Swimwear Orders with CHROMATIQUE Colors: 3 months from confirmation of selections to delivery.

    • Bespoke Swimwear Orders with Exclusive Colors: 4 months from confirmation of selections to delivery.
