At The Swimwear Branding Agency, every commission is made-to-order, crafted with care, and meticulous attention to detail. We extend this same attention to detail to the way your swimwear reaches you.

  • We offer complimentary shipping across the United States. Each piece is carefully packaged to preserve its integrity, ensuring it arrives flawlessly, ready to celebrate your shape and style.

  • We ship worldwide via UPS or DHL Express, fully trackable and insured, with a flat-rate fee of $222.22 per order, covering a portion of the shipping cost. This ensures your commission travels securely and efficiently.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and processing fees, which are determined by your government and are payable by the recipient upon delivery. These fees are not included in your shipping charge.

  • If you are visiting the United States, we encourage you to have your order shipped domestically at no cost, allowing you to bypass international duties and fees.

  • Each swimwear commission includes a swatch book, allowing you to experience our curated colors and fabrics in their truest form before final confirmation. For international clients, swatch books are shipped globally with the same care and attention, and any applicable customs or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We offer a 48-hour grace period during which you may cancel your commission for a full refund. This window provides thoughtful flexibility while honoring the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our service. Your curated swatch book will be shipped within 3–5 business days following the grace period, or within 3–5 business days of order placement if the 48-hour grace period is waived.

  • Bespoke Swimwear Orders with CHROMATIQUE Colors: 3 months from confirmation of selections to delivery.
