  • Upon purchase, clients receive access to our private experience where they confirm color selections, personalized sizing, and optional add-ons. Production begins only after all selections are finalized, ensuring precision and intention at every stage. Bespoke swimwear orders are delivered three months from confirmation of selections for CHROMATIQUE colors, and four months for Exclusive colors.

  • Yes. We offer a 48-hour grace period from the moment your order is placed, during which you may cancel for a full refund. After this period — or if you choose to waive it — commissions are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, refund, exchange, or return.

  • Yes. The swatch book is included with every swimwear purchase, domestically or internationally. Digital screens cannot accurately represent fabric depth or tone; the swatch book allows you to experience color as it was intended before final confirmation.

  • Following the 48-hour cancellation window, your swatch book will dispatch within 3–5 business days. You may confirm color choices, finalize sizing, and add to your order once it arrives.

For international clients, shipping is billed at checkout, fully trackable, and insured to ensure your swatch book arrives safely.   • Creation timelines vary based on your selections. CHROMATIQUE options require 3 months, while Exclusive options require 4 months from final confirmation to delivery.

  • We provide complimentary domestic shipping for all orders, ensuring your swimwear commission arrives safely and beautifully packaged. For international orders, a flat shipping fee of $222.22 applies, fully trackable and insured via UPS or DHL Express.
