eGift Card Balance & FAQ’s

At The Swimwear Branding Agency, eGift Cards are the perfect way to gift a bespoke swimwear experience. Each card can be applied toward any swimwear commission or accessory purchase. Our eGift Cards are delivered digitally and are activated upon purchase. Please note: they cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable, and must be applied toward future commissions or products.

    1. Select Your Swimwear: Browse our curated collection of customizable swimwear and accessories and choose the designs that speak to you.

    2. Add to Cart: Add your selected items to your shopping cart.

    3. Proceed to Checkout: When you are ready, continue to the secure checkout page.

    4. Enter Your eGift Card Code: In the designated field at checkout, input the unique gift card code found in your email.

    5. Apply Your eGift Card: Click “Apply” or “Redeem.” The gift card value will be deducted from your order total.

    6. Review Your Order: Confirm that all items and charges are correct.

    7. Pay Any Remaining Balance: If the order exceeds the eGift card value, you may pay the remaining balance with an accepted payment method.

    8. Complete Your Purchase: Once payment is complete, your bespoke swimwear journey begins.

    eGift card value may be applied toward product costs, taxes, and shipping charges.

    Please note: gift cards cannot be used to purchase other eGift cards, and promotional codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases.

  • To view your remaining balance:

    1. Visit Checkout: Add any item to your cart and proceed to checkout.

    2. Enter Your eGift Card Code: Input the code in the redemption field.

    3. View Your Balance: Your current balance will display automatically on the screen.

  • Yes. We understand the importance of flexibility. If your order total exceeds your remaining eGift card balance, you may pay the difference using any accepted payment method.

    How it works:

    • Enter your eGift card code at checkout.

    • Any remaining balance may be paid with credit card or another accepted payment method.

    • Your purchase will complete seamlessly with combined payment options.

  • Yes. You may apply multiple eGift cards to a single order during checkout.

  • The full value of your eGift card will always be applied to your order. Any unused amount will remain on the card for future use.

  • No. Promotional codes and discount offers cannot be applied to the purchase of eGift cards. However, such discounts may be applied when using an eGift card to make a purchase of products or services.

  • Currently, you may only purchase one eGift card per transaction. Gift cards are processed through an express checkout flow and cannot be combined with additional merchandise in the same order.

  • No. Once an eGift card has been issued, its value cannot be increased or altered.

  • While you cannot schedule delivery through checkout, you may select “Email to You” at checkout and send or forward the eGift card email or PDF to the recipient at your preferred time.

  • If you are unable to locate your eGift card email or code, please check your inbox and spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find it, contact our client care team — we will happily resend your eGift card information.
